They are always so amazing at following up with you, alerting you when there’s been a change or when something needs to be renewed. My recommendations expired and I didn’t know - the office staff was there on short notice to put in a temporary order so I could get my products without having to wait on the doctor to get back in town. I was able to renew my recommendations as soon as the doctor was back. They provide assistance with card renewals - which is more than what they have to do. It’s always a positive experience!
